What is included in the cost for a wedding at Wombat Hollow?
For the ceremony you will receive rehearsal time and ceremony chairs for guests. For the reception you receive all service and bar staff, all food and beverage packages (as per your selection), banquet tables, chairs, dance floor, PA system, grooms’ quarters, white napkins and exclusive use of the venue.

What is required to reserve our date?
When you are ready to confirm your booking with us, we ask that you pay $500 for venue hire and a 30% deposit for the food fee, either by cash or bank transfer.

Are there any hidden costs we should know about?
No, we won’t surprise you with any extra costs. All costs are stated up-front and GST is included in all quoted prices. The only thing you need to organise for your wedding is a celebrant, place cards, the wedding cake, flowers and your photographer.

Can we choose the vendors, or do you work exclusively with a certain set? 
We are happy for you to choose your own vendors and suppliers. The only fixed vendor is the caterer. We also have a list of preferred suppliers, which we are happy to recommend and put you in contact with.

Do we do the styling ourselves?
We provide styling of the table setting and event set-up. Flowers and other decorations are not included but we are happy for you to decorate and style your wedding however you like. We only ask that the venue is left in the condition in which you found it and that you take care of all suppliers and deliveries.

When do I need to provide a final head count?
The final head count is required 14 days before the confirmed date.

Can you provide special dietary meals for guests?
All our meals are prepared in-house and cater to all special dietary needs. Please discuss with our team and we will be sure to accommodate any special requirements upon your request.

Does Wombat Hollow have overnight accommodation?
While there is no overnight accommodation at Wombat Hollow, please refer to our recommended list of accommodation within the area.

How do guests get to and from the venue?
Transportation can be arranged for the pick-up and drop-off of guests to and from the venue. Please contact us for further details and reasonable rates.

What are the parking arrangements for guests driving to the venue?
There is plenty of parking on site.

What happens if it rains on our wedding day?
Not a problem. We can perform the ceremony in one of our three undercover spaces, all of which look out onto the garden.

What is the venue curfew?
Functions need to finish by 11pm, with all guests having left the venue by this time.
